DB FAST has carried out a building condition assessment to evaluate the technical state of the property and identify potential deficiencies and ageing components.

In connection with the assessment, we also developed proposals for smart energy-saving measures and identified future projects with strong potential for attractive direct returns. These measures and investments are aimed both at reducing operating costs and strengthening the long-term value of the property.

DB FAST has carried out a technical assessment of the properties' condition, energy performance, and risk areas. The purpose of the assignment was to identify areas for improvement and develop concrete action proposals that strengthen the association's long-term sustainability, energy efficiency, and property value.

The final report has served as a decision-making basis for the board in their planning of future maintenance, investments, and energy efficiency measures.

Property Engineer – End Client: Stockholm Exergi

DB FAST contributes to the long-term development of property and facility assets for a leading player in district heating distribution. The assignment includes both strategic and operational support to ensure high availability, safety, and efficiency in production facilities and associated properties.

Assignment

As a Property Engineer, DB FAST is responsible for planning, managing, and following up on investment projects within advanced technical systems. The focus is on optimizing operations, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. The work involves close collaboration with the client to create long-term sustainable solutions.

Scope

The role includes full responsibility for technical systems within the production and property portfolio, from early-stage studies to final delivery. This includes, among other things:

  • Initiating and leading investment and maintenance projects in building services and energy systems

  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution
  • Monitoring technical performance, costs, and schedules
  • Contributing to standardization, documentation, and long-term asset management strategies

Through a structured approach and strong technical expertise, DB FAST delivers added value to the client's property portfolio and strengthens operational reliability in critical production facilities.


Specialist in energy optimization for residential building

DB FAST is carrying out an interim assignment in energy optimization for AB Familjebostäder, focusing on reducing energy consumption and creating more sustainable operations across the entire property portfolio. The work includes both strategic analysis and practical technical measures that deliver measurable long-term results.

Energy optimization assignment

As an energy optimization specialist, we analyze the energy performance of existing buildings and systems to identify potential savings. The assignment includes optimization of ventilation, heating systems, lighting, and building automation (control and monitoring systems). Through systematic follow-up, we ensure that implemented measures deliver lasting impact and contribute to reduced energy use, lower operating costs, and decreased environmental impact.
